SHIPPING POLICY

I typically ship via USPS First Class for wearables and beads and USPS Priority for functional pieces.  I charge actual shipping cost plus a small handling charge for packaging materials although the cart will add default shipping charges for each item.  Overages for shipping multiple items in one package will be refunded prior to shipping.  It takes a bit of time to safely package your pieces for shipping, please allow 3-5 days for delivery to the post office.  If you have an occasion requiring faster shipping, please reach out to see if we can make special arrangements.

In the San Diego area?  Use code: localpickup at check out to save shipping charges.  I'll connect with you via email to coordinate a time and location for you to pick up your order!

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.  Should there be damage to an item that occurs during shipping, please contact me immediately to discuss options for replacement of a similar item or refund.  Please be sure to keep any broken items for photographs of the damage.

Colors on your monitor may vary from the actual items.  I take my item photos in natural light, colors may appear different under artificial light.  If you feel that some variation in color may be an issue, please contact me prior to your purchase with any questions.

PAYMENT METHOD

I accept debit and credit cards or payment through Wix payments or PayPal.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

I recommend hand washing rather than using the dishwasher. There is a greater risk of ceramics getting chipped or cracked in dishwashers due to items clanking together during the cycle and glazes may be impacted over time by the harshness of many dishwashing detergents.

Although my ceramics are stoneware clay and fired to maturity, it is best to avoid submerging pieces in water for long periods of time.  I also suggest to use caution with microwaves as I am unable to test each piece in various microwaves.

All ceramics are susceptible to thermal shock if exposed to rapid temperature changes.  Always warm dishes or mugs with a little hot water before filling with hot food or liquids.  Allow pieces to come to room temperature before washing or placing in the refrigerator.
